Oh my… if you do, I’m sure you remember my cousin Genevieve and all the nursing scrubs Paul and I bought her for her birthday.

The gal decided she’s not going to spend Thanksgiving with us at last. We’ve been talking this up for nearly six months, she’d given her word on coming to see us for Thanksgiving and staying over for lunch.

Will she ever be able to keep a promise?

I was so happy to have her over… Janine was eager to see her auntie again too.

Honestly, I’m upset.

Paul and I had bought extra turkey and vegetables for the event 2 months ago. They’re stuck in the freezer waiting for Thanksgiving. Without Genevieve, we’ll have a lot of leftovers it seems.

Not that that’s what counts… I’m gonna miss Genevieve… But I’m upset at her for the waste of food too, because she knows we buy food a couple months before an important event. *sigh*
