My husband finally offered to go on a romantic trip together for our 17th anniversary. How wonderful! We should spend the night on the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing, and according to our brochure, both the place and package (named ‘Romance’ indeed) is fabulous – like a fairy-tale. And guess what: the package is available through the whole February!

Granted, it’s our anniversary, so there is a lot of walking around and do romantic things, but I think dear hubby did a great choice in picking the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel: I love the possibility to sleep and cuddle in a luxurious room, to use a pool and to enjoy my spa, and of course, to make breakfast in bed! That’s so special, so different. It would be like spending a day as a princess. Also, the check in happens very early, and we’ll have also sparkling wine or cider in-room. That’s something! And if we get to buy a second night, well… we’ll get it very cheap. I look forward to that.

Another thing I can’t wait to try out is the Level 2 Steakhouse, because they have delicious items in their Valentine Duet Menu: Caramelized Pineapple Puree, Pancetta and Red Onion, Tourne Yukon Gold Potatoes… yum! And it’s just $146 or two. Simply great.

Since they have such a wonderful Valentine’s Day package and menu, I hope my husband will choose to celebrate that one together in Branson as well: I will pay the booking this time, I don’t care. I only want to enjoy these things with my beloved Paul. Life on this Earth is short and I want to enjoy it to the fullest. Romantic to the extreme.
